FLAT STOMACH CARAMEL CREAM
Ingredients
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons powdered aspartame
100 ml low fat cream
100 ml skimmed milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Beat the egg yolks with the vanilla extract and aspartame. Add milk and cream while whisking. Pour the mixture into 3 individual ramekins and cook in oven for 35 to 40 minutes until cream is firm to touch.
Enjoy hot or cold
