HEALTHY GREEK SALAD
Ingredients
1 large sliced tomato
1 onion, thinly sliced
½ sliced cucumber (half-moon)
90 g tofu, cut into small cubes or light feta cheese
5 to 6 black olives
30 ml olive oil
juice of one lemon
Herbs to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients. Serve on lettuce leaves.
