SPICY PORK
Ingredients
2 pork chops with fat trim down
7 ml olive oil
Ingredients(gravy)
7 ml olive oil
½ garlic clove crushed
1 large onion, finely chopped
35 ml of concentrated tomato
125 ml water
1 drop of Tabasco
A pinch of thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
In a saucepan, sear pork chops in olive oil for about 2 minutes per side. Set aside in a baking dish. In a saucepan, add olive oil, garlic, onion and cook about 1 minute. Add water, tomato paste and seasonings, simmer over low heat for 8 minutes. Pour sauce over ribs, cover and bake for 30 minutes.
