TOMATO SOUP
Ingredients
10 ml light butter
1 onion, finely chopped
800 ml canned tomato
500 ml skimmed milk
15 ml cornstarch or flour
Preparation
Pass the tomatoes in a blender. In a saucepan, combine tomatoes, onion and butter, boil 10 minutes, add milk. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes, then thicken with cornstarch or flour (diluted in water). Add salt substitute and pepper to taste.
