VEAL AND CHICKEN
Ingredients
1 box of mushrooms 8 oz (225g)
1/4 cup (50ml) chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp (30ml) lemon juice
2 boneless chicken breasts
8-10 oz of cubed veal
2 tbsp (30ml) tomato paste
2 tsp (10ml) onion salt
Preparation
Mix the tomato paste, mushrooms and parsley together and put onto an oven-proof plate. Place the chicken breasts and cubes of veal onto this mixture and squeeze lemon juice over them.
Add the onion salt.
Cook in the oven for 1 hour at 180°C (350°F).
