Recipe Ideas - Flat Stomach


1 pita bread (preferably wheat)
1 tsp (15ml) cold pressed olive oil
1 pinch basil
1 pinch oregano
Season and pepper to your taste
4 thin slices of tomato
4 slices of green pepper
4 slices of courgette
1 finely chopped onion
90g grated low-fat cheese

Brush the pita bread with some olive oil.
Add the seasonings and herbs.
Spread the tomato, pepper, courgette and onion.
Cover with grated cheese.
Cook in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 7-8 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
